Our goal is to help you stay top-of-mind with the right people by publishing consistent, high-quality content that reflects how you actually think and work.

We don’t guarantee a specific dollar amount of revenue. What we do guarantee is:

  • You’ll receive the agreed number of posts, on time, every month.
  • The content will be based on your own expertise, not generic templates.
  • We’ll revise content that reasonably does not match your voice or positioning.

Policies

Refund Policy

Because this is a done-for-you service that requires upfront work, all fees are generally non-refundable once we’ve completed your onboarding call and started creating content.

If you request a refund within 7 days of your first payment and before your initial strategy/voice call has taken place, we may offer a full or partial refund at our discretion.

Cancellation Policy

Your subscription is billed monthly. You may cancel at any time.

  • Service continues until the end of the current billing period.
  • No further months are billed after cancellation.
  • No long-term contracts or cancellation fees.

Delivery / Fulfillment

  • First month’s content: usually delivered within 7–10 business days after your kickoff call.
  • Ongoing months: content delivered within 5–7 business days after your monthly call.
  • Content is delivered via shared online document (e.g. Google Docs).
  • You are responsible for posting, unless we have agreed in writing to handle scheduling.

Privacy Policy

We collect only the information needed to deliver our service (such as your name, email, business details, social profiles, and any materials you share with us).

  • Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we do not store full card details.
  • We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties.
  • You can request access to or deletion of your data by contacting us.

Terms of Service

  • By subscribing, you agree to provide accurate information about your business.
  • You are responsible for reviewing and approving content before publishing.
  • We do not guarantee specific financial results or number of clients.
  • Our liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the previous 30 days.

These terms are governed by the laws of your state/country unless otherwise agreed in writing.
